Marc Herbert designed and wrote the ODBSequoia driver, with the
constant support of Gilles Rayrat.

The Carob library does most of the work underneath. It was more or
less designed as a C++ port of the sequoia JDBC driver by Gilles
Rayrat and Marc Herbert, and mainly implemented by Gilles Rayrat with
some help from Marc Herbert.  Csaba Simon and Zsolt Simon also brought
significant contributions to Carob.
